SIN BINS 2019/2020 – PLEASE READ

Yesterday evening myself & other Coxheath Managers & Coaches & Referees attended The Ramada Hotel Leeds to be provided with the necessary training for the above by Kent FA.

Believe me when I say it was an eye opener as it affects players including goalkeepers and indirectly potentially  Managers & Coaches and moving forward it is important that All Managers provide training and explanations to members of their squad  in readiness for next season.

Nick Dunn from Kent FA presented the seminar and it became apparent that ALL referees will inforce this next season and no one is exempt!!

It was apparent that ” Dissent” covers a multitude of offences which will be punished by a Yellow Card and a instruction to leave the field for 8 minutes ( games less than 90 minutes and 10 MINUTES for games of 90 minutes and this could extend to one or more players being ” Sin Binned” during a game which effectively could cost your team the game …. just fancy playing say 8 verse 11 … yes this could happen.

I do propose that we try try and educate ALL boys and Coaching Staff ( me included) as in crude terms we  simply MUST  not “dissent ” with the officials.

Please take time to review and read the PowerPoint display (link below), this simply must be taken seriously by all
